Responsibilities of Reviewers

Reviewing is allowed only for those manuscripts for which the reviewer has sufficient knowledge and competencies to evaluate;
The reviewer undertakes to submit reviews of manuscripts in a timely manner;
The reviewer must respect the confidentiality of the expert assessment.
The reviewer must demonstrate objectivity and constructiveness in writing the review.
The reviewer should promptly inform the editorial staff about the conflict of interest.
When writing a review, the reviewer guarantees that there is no discrimination on any grounds; in particular, the content of the review should not be influenced by the origin of the manuscript, gender, nationality, political and religious beliefs of the authors;
Reviewers may not use the information obtained during the review process for personal purposes or for the benefit of third parties.
